Join Winn Winn’s co-founder, Audrey Plant, for a hands-on class where she shares her techniques for building deep, layered flavors and rich textures in soups. Winn Winn is known for its soups “by the quart,” and in this class, Audrey personalizes those techniques on a smaller scale, taking the same iconic flavors and reimagining them for the home cook.

You’ll learn to make three different soups while discovering tips and tricks to elevate your own homemade creations. Each participant will take home soups, a soup base, and freshly baked bread to enjoy at home.
